What if I have trouble with building?
First, review the builder's guide that comes with each set. It should give you step-by-step pictures to aid you in building several examples. If the instruction booklet is confusing, please contact ClickBlock Corporation. We would be happy to help you solve any problems.

Are these blocks prone to breakage?
No, under normal accidental drops and rough play, our blocks should hold together. Unlike most other products put together with hooks and parts that can easily separate, ClickBlock blocks are put together using ultrasonic welding. Also made with durable Polycarbonate plastic (same material use to build airplane).

Are the blocks nontoxic? BPA free?
Yes, all ClickBlock products use BPA-free Polycarbonate plastic.

I can’t get the gear to turn easily with the handle. What do I do?
Try cranking the handle a couple of times. The handle and gear need a couple of rotations to break in and turn smoothly.

How safe is ClickBlock for my child?
Our toys meet or exceed the U.S. child safety standards during lab tests.

Do the magnets move around when you shake the parts? Can the magnets fall out?
No, the magnets stay in place and cannot fall out of their positions.

How much variety is there in each set? Is there too much of only one shape?
Most ClickBlock sets have a moderate and sufficient amount of each part included in the set. There are various shapes, pieces, and more. The exceptions being the sets with only a certain type of part (ex. Square set).

Can a ClickBlock set stand alone? Or do you have to buy other ClickBlock products?
Most ClickBlock sets can stand alone, besides the sets with only a certain type of part (ex. Metal Balls).

Does each ClickBlock set come with examples and an instruction booklet?
Yes, all of our sets come with builder's guide, the exceptions being the sets with only a certain type of part (ex. Long Bar set).

What is present in each set apart from the pieces?
A builder's guide with image examples is included in most sets. The exceptions being the sets with only a certain type of part (ex. Short Bar set).

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.  If you order by 1PM CST (Central Time), the order will generally ship out on the same day.  Orders placed after 1PM will be processed on the next business day.  Order usually arrives within 2-6 business days by UPS ground.  If you need a product by certain date, please contact us  via email at info@clickblock.com  or call us at 224-248-9165 for expedited shipping.

Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items using multiple shipping methods.

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
Sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for delivery.

How can I track my order?
Once your item(s) has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided on your Shipping Confirmation email.   Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return a package?
You may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of purchase.  Exchanges are processed as a refund of the original purchase price, and you must place a new order for a replacement product.  You may contact our Customer Service Team to assist you in placing a new order.  Contact us via email at info@clickblock.com  or call us at 224-248-9165.  Our Customer Service hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM CST (Closed Saturday – Sunday).

You must contact ClickBlock via email at info@clickblock.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA number) before shipment. Any item shipped back prior to contacting ClickBlock for authorization, will be sent back at the owner's expense. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
